Shipping policy
How long does it take to process an order?
All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Occasionally, due to unforeseen circumstances, orders may take more than 2 days to process, but this is rare.
What about shipping?
We ship domestically and to a select number of international destinations. Shipping times depend on your location. For example, If you live near us on the East Coast of the US, you’ll get it faster than if you live in Hawaii.
For domestic shipping, we use The USPS as our service provider. The USPS site quotes, but does not guarantee, 2-8 business days for domestic delivery. If a package can't be delivered due to an error entering your shipping address, we will reach out to you and will assume any costs incurred in order to reroute or reship the package.
Please note that due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, there can occasionally be some unexpected delays in shopping.

We offer USPS and DHL Express Worldwide as carriers depending on your location. Exact shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and number of units purchased. You are responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence.
Unfortunately, Gameflo is not responsible for any charges or packages held by international customs agencies and we can’t make our customers aware of these agencies and their actions. Please check with your country's customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges.
For example, UK residents might expect a customs charge of at least 20% of the total cost of the purchase. Your package may arrive at your local post office or delivery center and be held until pickup and payment is taken care of.
If you neglect to pick up your package and it is returned to us, we will not refund the charge for original shipping.
Should GameFlo mistakenly be invoiced directly for any duties or fees from the shipping company after delivery, we will email an invoice for the balance due.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@gameflo.io with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Can you ship to P.O. boxes?
We can only ship to P.O. Boxes located in the United States.
Do you accept refunds or returns?
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order, amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way or missing any components, please email us as soon as possible at hello@gameflo.io with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
